5 Things Every Occupant Should Know

The following list consists of newer regulations you may not know, and reminders to save you money (reflected in condo fees).

1. New dogs, or replacements for existing dogs, are no longer allowed.
   
   
2. Children are not allowed to play or run in hallways or stairwells. Children should be supervised when playing outside and should be kept out of parking lots and roadways.
   
   
3. The rec center (including all amenities) is a adult only facility and is for residents only. The pool is for residents (and a maximum of 2 guests) only. Go to pool rules for more information.
   
   
4. Check for leaking taps and running toilets. These are the responsibility of the individual unit owner to fix.
   
   
5. Dispose of cooking oil and grease into a can or container and then in the garbage. Do not dispose of grease or oil in drains. Disposing of oil and grease in drains causes sewer back ups and major expense to the corporation.
